TSC DH220T – Compact, Dual-Technology Label Printer
TSC DH220T is a compact desktop label printer that supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing technologies in a single device. Designed for retail, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and warehousing, it combines print speed, flexibility, and intelligent management features to boost operational efficiency.
Two Printing Technologies – High-Speed Performance
The DH220T delivers 203 dpi print resolution and a print speed of up to 8 ips (203 mm/s) for fast and clear labeling. Its thermal transfer capability ensures long-lasting labels, while direct thermal printing provides cost-effective and fast solutions.
Flexible Connectivity
The printer includes USB 2.0, RS-232, and Ethernet as standard. Optional Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 5.0 or MFi Bluetooth allows seamless integration into various systems, offering flexibility for both stationary and mobile applications.
Wide Media Compatibility
With support for media widths from 15 mm to 60 mm, DH220T is suitable for barcodes, shipping labels, product tags, textile and food labels, and more. Thermal transfer printing allows for durable, long-lasting label output.
Smart Management Functions
An embedded web interface and TSC Console support enable remote monitoring and printer management, minimizing downtime and improving overall productivity.
Durable, Lightweight & User-Friendly
Weighing approximately 1.9 kg, its double-wall clamshell design ensures strength and reliability. The top-open structure simplifies both media and ribbon loading, and quiet operation makes it suitable for office environments.
